This is one of my "go to my grave " guitars. It's a tele made from warmoth parts with a custom neck carve. The story goes that it belonged to g.e. Smith and was sold in order to pay some.... Eh em... IRS bills. I can't say that it's true but ,it does play and sound like a million bucks. It currently has a 1972 les paul deluxe pickup in the neck and iirc a Duncan 54 in the bridge.it resonates like a good les paul and the neck goes from an almost inch thick v at the nut to an almost 3/4 inch d at the body.
