The ubiquitous, clean screaming, fat lady; at home in a jazz club or the punk concert. Tube amps sound great when they distort. But this amp simply won't break up, and yes, I've tried taking it to 10. Still clean as hell. (Granted, the difference between 7 and 10 is that ten has a bit more mid rather than more total volume.) Anything louder than 3 and you're drowning out the drums. It's a great amp for using pedals as it doesn't really affect the tone of pedal too much; It's a very accurate amp.
